Our drafting & BIM (Building Information Modelling) software provides the latest techniques in Computer Aided Drafting & Scheduling, providing a comprehensive package for our clients.

Initially we studied Architectural Drafting when hand drawings and existing drafting techniques were still used, today we still find these past techniques a valuable resource in a modern design environment. We now use the latest CAD design software. Our initial Concept Designs can start with a simple feasibility design sketch and site plan. The Concept Designs are then developed through to the final CAD Construction Drawings which will accompany the Building Permit application and ultimately will enable the home and or the building to be constructed correctly to the approved plans & regulations.

We have over 20 years’ experience in the building and design industry, providing services for our returning clients, & builders. We have provided over 10 years’ contract Design & Documentation for one of the Australia’s leading Volume Builders (Project Builders) producing more than 500+ design plans and council documentation.
