Our Experience
We have over 20 years’ experience in the building and design industry, providing services for our returning clients, & builders. We have provided over 10 years’ contract Design & Documentation for one of the Australia’s leading Volume Builders (Project Builders) producing more than 500+ design plans and council documentation.
Our work has provided a variation in projects from Award Winning Designs of New Homes – Single & Two Storey, and small scale Commercial & Industrial designs across Victoria & NSW.

Our accreditation & associations keep us up to date with industry standards and design techniques. The building industry is an ever-changing environment which we feel we are in sync with. We enjoy our work & outcomes, and our aim is always to provide the best possible solution for our clients, we support our clients through the planning, design and building process.
The outcome of the building design will have many findings, all of which are important to our clients. Primarily the projects budget and the home or buildings size are crucial in the building design & drafting planning stage including:

The Design Budget is one of the key considerations in the early design stage.
We offer a complete building design drafting & documentation service for:
- Planning Permits to accompany our home and or a building design.
- Building Permits to accompany our home and or a building design and engage consultants as required.
We are also proficient in Archicad (distinction level) an industry leading 3D BIM documentation / virtual building design software.
